Professor Hrvoje Tkalčić is a dedicated educator and a follower of “the research-driven education” that has epitomised the essence of the Australian National University’s existence in the past years. Hrvoje’s record in supervising students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds is outstanding. His students have been consistently contributing new discoveries that advance the field of Earth and Planetary sciences. The experiences the students have in his research group last for a lifetime.
