Dr Yun Zhou

VICE-CHANCELLOR’S AWARD FOR TEACHING EXCELLENCE
CANDIDATE

Dr Yun Zhou is a lecturer in Chinese Language and Studies. She specialises in Chinese history, gender and religion. She began convening courses in 2019 and was the recipient of a 2020 Award for Excellence in Language Teaching at the ANU College of Asia and the Pacific. She envisions language learning as a process of engaging in different worlds. By incorporating various aspects of life into language courses, Yun encourages students to develop holistically.
